💛 Interested in working with children and choosing your own schedule? CCR&R is excited to launch 1Core SuperSub, a program designed to connect qualified early childhood professionals with a network of child care centers and certified family child care providers across the region that are in need of staffing assistance. Substitutes are NOT employees of CCR&R. As a substitute on this platform, you will be self-employed.
Subbing in early childhood settings is a flexible, meaningful way to create work-life balance, gain hands-on experience with young learners, AND earn extra income at the same time!
Becoming a child care substitute is a great fit if you are a student, retired professional, former child care provider or teacher, or simply someone who wants to support the healthy development of young children while enjoying flexible hours. A small upfront self-investment is necessary for required trainings and background checks.
✔️ Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a background check
- Must complete all state-required early childhood trainings before classroom entry
- Flexible, self-motivation, adaptable to daily classroom and location changes
- Ideal background in early childhood education

- Live in or able to commute to the Fox Valley region
