Lead and Assistant Daycare Teachers

Position Summary

Little Eagles Learning Center is currently seeking Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers (Full-Time & Part-Time) to join our growing team.

Teachers are responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment while supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development through play-based learning and Christian values.

Schedule

Shifts are scheduled within the following hours:

• Start times: 6:30 a.m. or 7:00 a.m.
• End times: 5:00 p.m. or 5:30 p.m.

Flexible full-time and part-time options available.

Compensation

• $15 – $19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons
• Provide a safe, caring, and structured classroom environment
• Support children’s development through play-based learning
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Maintain classroom organization and follow licensing regulations
• Model Christian values and positive behavior

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Lead Teacher candidates should meet Wisconsin licensing qualifications
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with children in a faith-based environment
• Ability to lift, move, and actively engage with children throughout the day
