Lead Teacher - Three Year Olds
Job Description:
Kidzland in Little Chute is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our team working with three-year-olds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and be committed to their growth and development. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, maintaining child portfolios, managing classroom activities, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a licensed early childhood education setting.
- Level 9 or higher on the Wisconsin Registry.
- Energetic and outgoing personality.
- Reliable and highly organized.
- Passion for working with children.
- Desire to make a long-term commitment to our center.
