Center Director

Berlin Community Daycare and Preschool is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Center Director to lead our childcare team. This full-time position is integral to ensuring a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for the children and families we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the daycare and preschool.

• Supervise and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace.

• Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of all children under our care.

• Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and orientations as needed.

• Maintain compliance with state and local licensing requirements.

• Build strong relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• A passion for early childhood education and community engagement.

•Must meet qualifications set forth in DCF 251.05
