This training identifies five protective factors that represent the essential qualities and resources that families need to support the well-being of their children and deal more effectively with the challenges and stresses of life. Mandated Reporter training is also included with this course and is required for regulation.

Training Details and Requirements
• Registrants will receive a course welcome email with more information about the training, including how to gain access to the learning management system, on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. If registering after the course opens on October 1st, the course welcome email will be sent within 2-3 business days. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you have not received any email communication.
• Participants will work at their own pace to complete this online training within the set timeframe. All discussions, assignments, and quizzes must be completed with an 80% grade or higher by Wednesday, December 17, 2025 to successfully complete the course and earn Registry credit.
