Building Strong Partnerships with Families
Description
Strong partnerships between families and early childhood educators are foundational to supporting children's learning, development, and well-being.
In this training, participants will examine how each family's unique culture, experiences, and perspectives influence their approaches to parenting and interactions with others. Through discussion, reflection, modeling, and hands-on activities, educators will strengthen their communication skills, learn how to build trusting relationships with families, and discover meaningful ways to increase family engagement. Participants will leave the training with actionable ideas they can immediately implement to create collaborative partnerships that support positive outcomes for children and families.
