Road to Success Program

The Road to Success Program is a comprehensive training series that will help you start your career in early childhood education. Program graduates will have the educational qualifications to be a lead child care teacher or family child care provider in just 14 weeks!

• Location: In-person at the United Way in Oshkosh

• Dates and times: April 15, 2025-July 17, 2025 every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

• Classes include: Introduction to the Child Care Profession, Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher, Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care, Fundamentals of Family Child Care, Pyramid Model, Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards, Strengthening Families, SIDS, AHT, CPR/AED, and Mandated Reporter

• Participants may be eligible for financial support through Forward Service to meet child care or transportation needs during classes
