Positive Guidance and Supervision in Early Childhood Education

This training addresses two important aspects of a safe and effective child care environment: guidance and supervision.

Participants will learn how to implement appropriate practices to supervise children in their care and utilize child tracking procedures. In addition, participants will learn how to positively guide children's behavior and create a safe and effective classroom environment. Licensing rules and regulations about child guidance, supervision, and ratios will also be addressed.
