Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care – Blended Model

Description
This course provides foundational knowledge and skills training for individuals as they begin caring for children in the infant and toddler age groups.

Training Details and Requirements
• This 50-hour course (15 in virtual meetings and 35 web-based) is being offered in a blended format, which means there will be a mix of Microsoft Teams virtual training meetings and web-based work. In addition to virtual meetings with an instructor, work will be assigned and completed on an online Learning Management System called ECExplorer.
• Participants must attend every virtual meeting date and complete all assigned web-based work with an 80% grade or higher by Thursday, December 18, 2025 to successfully complete the course and earn Registry credit.
• Participants must have a computer, laptop, or tablet and reliable internet access to complete the web-based work and join the virtual meetings.
• Registered participants will receive a welcome email with more information about the course on Thursday, September 25, 2025. This welcome email will give you the link to the virtual meeting and help you gain access to the web-based work on ECExplorer. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you have not received any email communication by the end of that day.
