Child Care Resource & Referral

CCR&R is hiring an Early Childhood Navigator to provide services to families and childcare providers that assist them in finding and retaining staff, navigating paperwork required to start a childcare center and hosting informational sessions on how to become a provider. 

If you’re passionate about strengthening families, supporting childcare providers, and building a thriving early childhood community, this role is a chance to make a real impact.

As our Early Childhood Navigator, you’ll work directly with families, help new and existing childcare providers grow, lead community outreach efforts, and support the development of high‑quality early learning environments across our region. From guiding providers through licensing to connecting families with essential resources, your work will shape the future of childcare in meaningful ways.

This position offers: • Starting pay of $18–$20 per hour • Health insurance stipend • Retirement benefits • 13 paid holidays • Vacation & sick time • Short‑term disability 

Education Requirements: Minimum of Associate's Degree in related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
