Lead or Assistant Teachers

Little Inspirations Childcare Center is searching for a team player dedicated to developing children to join our team.   We are looking for full time or part time,  experienced, self-motivated, lead certified teachers to work with either our ones, twos, threes, or four year olds.  Associates Degree in Early Childhood is preferred but we are also willing to consider lead certified teachers or teachers in pursuit of their degree.  Assistant teachers also welcome to apply for full or part time positions.  Work hours could be 4 ten hour shifts with one day off per week if desired.   Qualified candidates will have experience working with these ages and is familiar with the WMELS curriculum.  Applicants must understand how important child development is and will be able to plan and implement age appropriate curriculum and fun learning activities daily by following a curriculum lesson plan format and enhance the classroom environment based on the individual needs of their children. Engaging the children in learning activities and self-help skills while maintaining an extremely clean and safe environment for learning and development is required. Additional necessities are to work cooperatively with a co-teacher and be a team player with excellent verbal and written skills for communication with staff and parents. Must have a love for children and desire to help them develop daily.
