Daycare Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and energetic teacher to join our team. This individual must already be a Registry Level 12 or have a Bachelors Degree in an unrelated field. If the degree is in an unrelated field, it would require 2 extra non-credit classes that can be completed in 6 weeks to become Lead Qualified. At ATC, we offer:

4, ten-hour shifts weekly (day off each week). Our hours are 7am- 5 pm to help provide more work/life balance.

No mandatory overtime (occasional options are available for overtime but not required)

Duties:
Provide instruction in Early Childhood Education by using an educational method that is consistent with state regulations and guidelines.
Establish and maintain a positive rapport with the children, parents, and other staff members.
Provide individualized, consistent instruction based on the child’s unique developmental needs.
Implement lesson plans and assessments based on assessment results.
Maintain regular communication with parents through positive interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
