Wisconsin Child Care Inclusion Survey

Wisconsin’s Early Childhood Inclusion Committee, along with UW-Madison’s School of Nursing, is asking for assistance from regulated child care providers, both directors and staff, in learning more about the needs of early educators that care for children with special health care needs (CSHCN), as well as to gauge interest in eSchoolCare, a mobile education resource that provides evidence-based information to support the care of CSHCN.

You can help by completing the Wisconsin Child Care Inclusion Survey HERE by March 15, 2019, and will then be eligible to enter a random drawing for one of ten $100.00 gift cards.

Comments or questions about the survey can be directed to Kim Whitmore at Esta dirección de correo electrónico está siendo protegida contra los robots de spam. Necesita tener JavaScript habilitado para poder verlo. or 608-262-1923.
